What it does Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see how people navigate the site
What it doesn't do Capture passwords, payment information, or personally identifiable information
Data stored Anonymized interaction data

Apollo.io

What it does Identifies the company or organization a visitor might be from based on IP address — used to understand which types of organizations are visiting our site
What it doesn't do Identify individual people or track personal information
Data stored Company-level data only

3. What we don't use

We do not use:

  • Advertising cookies
  • Retargeting pixels
  • Social media tracking cookies
  • Any cookies that sell your data to third parties

4. Your choices

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Disabling cookies won't prevent you from using this site but some features may work differently.

5. Patient data and cookies

Important: cookies on getsorta.io only apply to visitors of our marketing website. The Sorta application at app.getsorta.io uses only essential session cookies for authentication. No analytics cookies are used inside the clinic application where patient data is processed.
